The 29% is a combination from the HSKR of M240B and the KPH of G18. This is not an indication that you are cheating as both weapons only registered 109 kills each.
But checking your entire history the above weapons never being used as best weapon in the battle report which is also understandable. Perhaps you can explain when and where you used those two weapons.
