From me: I don't use a VPN. I know that your rules state the use of a VPN is not allowed. I have played on your Metro server for a long time, last time I played on it was roughly a week ago, and I have seen people being banned from the server for the use of a VPN.

On a side note: I'm not sure if this could be an issue, but lately I have been experiencing latency issues with my ISP, not just with gaming but with general internet usage as well. Could latency result in a ban? I have confirmed with my ISP that there is no VPN, Cloud, or data center services on my internet package.

Is there any way I can be unbanned?

Can a admin possibly help me?

Your account does not have any blocking from the XL server. Most likely, your problem is on the side of your provider. Unfortunately, we won't be able to help you. Try rebooting your router, turning it off completely and try connecting to the server. If this does not help, then I recommend that you change your provider.

I tried what you said, rebooted my router, ONT box, and PC, left everything off for a few minutes and then booted everything back up, tried to join your server and was successful. I am able to join without any issues.
