Abusing Votekick/Voteban

Dear admins,

Is provoking other players to abuse "votekic/voteban" just because a player killed him multiple times without violating the rules using banned weapons, cheating or insulting, would be considered a violation of the following Server Rules of Conduct?

The player in question is TPOTuJI who has 4,661 hours of playing time. He does this on regular basis against all player who did not violate Server Rules but only because killed him multiple times. All the above can be verified in his chat in AdminCP.

Or VIP players are privileged to do as they please without adhering to any rules or standards of ethical conduct? If may suggest to have a set of rule to use the votekick/voteban to avoid abuse and to provide fair play to all players including poor players who have no financial means to donate to the server, myself included.

- all sorts of provocations, undermining in voice and text chat, as well as in the game, are prohibited, and it is intended to repeatedly interfere with other players playing (the punishment for a provocateur will be two times higher than for those who succumbed to your provocations)
KIK/BAN - will follow without any warnings from the administrator, as a message about certain bans constantly pops up in the chat

Players have the right to use voting, and unfortunately we cannot influence this in any way. If a person considers a player to be suspicious, he has the right to start voting. Such bans are issued automatically for a week.

Initiating a votekick/voteban if a player is suspected of cheating, using banned weapons, disruptive or insulting players is ok and it's the right thing to do.

But, in this case, the abuse was because he was killed multiple times by players he votekicked/votebanned, not for any of the reasons mentioned above. He was angry because the other player killed him many times.

Probably votekick/voteban merits a set of rule to avoid system abuse.

Your remarks are nothing more than an attempt to turn the administration against the player. Each player has the right to suspect anyone of using the game's third-party software. Each player has the right to start voting, throw a complaint, do anything not prohibited by server rules

You votekick players is always on the opposite team not on your team. The reason you votekick because the other players have killed you multiple times then you got triggered then started a votekick and provoking other players with "All type YES." You do that regularly if the other players kill you more than you kill him. Is this the fair standard?

Apologies for the misunderstanding, was asking about valid reasons to use votekick/voteban and it was obviously not for violating any server rules, or suspected of using third-party cheat software. The reason he votekicked players because the other players killed him more than the players he votekicked.

But reason he gave in his reply was "team voting against players not participating in the general process of the game is fair." Even if he was honest about the reason above wouldn't it be considered a violation of server rules?

Игроки, выбрасывающие голос, всегда находятся в противоположной команде, а не в вашей. Причина, по которой вы голосуете, заключается в том, что другие игроки убили вас несколько раз, затем вы сработали, затем начали голосовать и спровоцировать других игроков с помощью «Все типа ДА». But the reason you give is you do not like the other players playing style to votekick players and this is interfering with other players. For example: This player was banned for interfering.

Смешно конечно читать от Тротила о командной игре. Видимо он так преисполнился в метании мин и подрыва их с рпг, что возложил на себя роль местного шерифа. Тут явный сговор, а возможно местное ОПГ, одних значит лежунов мы игнорируем, других пытаемся убрать. Тут минимум 10 лет строгача.
