as far as I know your first acc has been banned by pb, but you were still allowed to play on our server after that with a new acc. And what do we see? Don't know what would decide CBJITOI and others, as for me I say no

Зная тебя, и постоянно играя с тобой на Метро, мне было жаль выдавать бан. Но ты сам виноват, что прибегнул к постороннему ПО для получения преимущества над другими игроками. Все игроки заметили, как сильно поменялась твоя игра в последнее время, оставалось только следить за тобой и поймать на нечестной игре.

extraneous software? I told u earlier i dont use any cheat or any aimbot software, just use AHK (autohot key) script, i dont know this is illegal to use & where its mention, if its not than u can give me a ban warning, im not hiding anything told u the truth & what the result is ban nothing to say more the decision is yours, their r others players playing on the server for a long time they r all using it & shared me, im not telling the name find & ban them also.
