Hacker on xl #6 hardcore server

Hi Guys,
there is another Hacker allways coming to the server ....

He allways changes his name, sometimes FF gets him, but he comes allways back ... renamed his account! Allways the same ways ...
0OlllO0... and so on ... its allways an 0 (Zero) and O (big Otto letter) with small l (little letter) !

He is every day on the server, past the last 5 days! (untill he gets banned or kicked by vote)

.... some ways to bann him forerver with his coming accounts? Maybe some settings for this?

Hello Maladia. Thank you for you report, if admin not answer you can use voteban system if you see chiters on server, sorry for the long answer.
